Returns and Shipping Policy

To preserve the integrity of our limited-run collections, all sales are final. Each garment is a unique work of craftsmanship, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if there are any defects within 48hours upon receiving the Abaya so we can investigate.

Please consult our sizing charts and care instructions carefully before checking out. If you have any questions, our team is available to guide your selection. Thank you for valuing the time and tradition woven into every piece.

At Eternal Abaya, we package every order with the utmost care.  We aim to dispatch our items within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier and are outside our control. Please note that Eternal Abaya is not responsible for international customs fees or import taxes; these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
